Your First Ten Speeches: Competent Communicator (CC) Award
When you join the Club you are entering into a program where you learn ten basic principals of public speaking. You build on these speeches
until after your first ten speeches you are recognised with the prestiguous CC (Competant Communicator) Award.
This award is recognised internationally within Toastmasters, and abroad, and is a credit to your speaking success.
Here are the first three speech objectives. You will receive all speeches in your C&L Manual when you join the Club. Right Click and "Save

There are many avenues for you to discover after you join the club. Chart your progress in Toastmasters using the chart provided.
After Your First Ten Speeches
After you achieve your Competant Communicator Award, there are three higher awards that you may want to pursue :
i) Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB)
ii) Advanced Communicator Silver (ACS)
iii) Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG)
Each additional step up is awarded after you complete ten speeches. These are achieved by completing two manuals of five speeches each
from any of the Advanced Communicator Manuals, below. For these assignments you will utilise the basic skills learnt when you achieved your CC
Award to enter into these more specialist areas of speaking development.
